Areas of Specialty

  • Deep Tissue Massage

Focuses on the deep layers of muscle tissues in an effort to release chronic patterns of tension. The massage uses many of the same strokes as classic massage therapy, with the main difference lying in the fact that a deep tissue massage involves slower movements and the application of greater pressure.

  • Pregnancy Massage

Assists expectant mothers with relaxation, to increase energy and relieve discomfort during their pregnancy.

  • Swedish Massage

Melt your stresses away and heal your mind, body and soul with soothing relaxation massage techniques and heat therapy.

  • Myofascial Massage

Involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.

  • Essential Oil Massage

When combined with massage, essential oils create a relaxing, luxurious experience that balances the mind and body. Essentials Oils can also help aid in certain aliments.

“I grew up in Edgeley, ND and moved to Fargo to attend massage school. I currently live here in Fargo. I enjoy spending time with friends and family. In my spare time I enjoy spending time at the lake, outdoors, dancing, and working out.”
